Force Majeure: We are not responsible for disruptions or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or strikes.
Personal Belongings: Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables. The company is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items.
Immigration Issues: The company is not responsible for any issues related to immigration, including but not limited to visa denials, entry restrictions, or deportation. We will guide travelers on visa requirements and assist with transit visas where applicable.
Airport Authority Stops: The company shall not be held responsible if any traveler is detained or stopped by airport authorities for reasons such as security concerns, regulatory issues, or other reasons beyond our control.
Police Case or Criminal Conduct: The company disclaims responsibility for any legal issues, including police cases or criminal conduct, that travelers may encounter in the country they are visiting. Travelers are expected to abide by local laws and regulations at all times.
Flight Cancellations: The company shall not be liable for flight cancellations or delays due to weather conditions, technical problems, air traffic control restrictions, or any other unforeseen circumstances affecting the airline's operations. Travelers are advised to consult with the airline for compensation and rebooking options.
Traveler Responsibility: The company is not liable if travelers arrive late for flights, tours, or other scheduled activities, resulting in denial of boarding or missed opportunities. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they arrive on time and adhere to the itinerary provided by the company.

3. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of individual service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.). The company will assist in processing refunds according to these policies.
Airlines Booking: In the case of airline bookings, cancellations will be as per the airline's policy, and refunds will be provided accordingly.
Packages:
If a trip is booked 30 days before the date of travel, full payment is required at the time of booking.
For packages booked more than 30 days before travel, payment can be made in installments (EMI), but all payments must be completed at least 30 days prior to travel. In case of cancellation, a non-refundable service charge of 20% of the first EMI will apply.
If a package is canceled 0-20 days before the travel date, no refund will be given.
If canceled more than 20 days before travel, sightseeing costs will be 100% refunded, while hotel refunds will be processed according to the hotel's policy.
Cancellation by Company: In the event of unavoidable circumstances or insufficient booking numbers, the company reserves the right to cancel a tour. A full refund will be given in such cases, along with alternative arrangements if applicable.
4. Booking and Payment
Booking Confirmation:Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as specified.
Payment Methods:Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods agreed upon during booking.
Price Changes:Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, taxes, or other unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified of any price changes before final payment.
5. Tour Departure and Return Policy
For bus tours or group activities where a return time is stipulated, travelers must return to the designated meeting point on time. The company reserves the right to depart at the scheduled time and shall not be responsible for delays caused by the late return of travelers.
